Cabin Beds

Cabin beds are a perfect solution to gaining both a bed as well as storage space in a small bedroom. Chartley cabin beds are suitable for children 18 months upwards (depending on age and ability) due to the raised side - which acts as a bed guard to stop your child rolling out.

Chartley recommend a mattress no thicker than 6-7" on all cabin beds. Cabin beds are available with 2 drawers and 2 doors - inside the two doors is a huge storage space - sometimes used as a secret hiding place! Cabin beds are also suitable for both girls and boys as colours can be hand painted to blend in or contrast with your decor. There is also a lower cabin bed, with 2 drawers (no cupboard).

Cabin beds can also be made with hand turned posts for a fairy tale creation to suit every little princess! These functional and space saving beds can also be made with a 2 drawer option - which makes a lower bed for even younger children.
