As you well know, it took me a very long time deciding exactly what I wanted but nevertheless, throughout the entire process, I received nothing less than perfect professional service...... and WOW, what an amazing end result!! In particular, Barbara's friendliness and helpfulness (not to mention patience) were incomparable to anything I have recieved in any other store and she truly is a credit to Chartley. We visit Polhill on a regular basis, and each time are always greeted with a wonderful warm welcome. She also has a fantastic attitude when dealing with children and both my girls now ask to go and see Barbara whenever we visit!! The bed itself is gorgeous and Andrew's artwork is beyond what I expected - the detailing is so precise, it really is a 'piece of art'. The bed has been up for a few weeks now and is, as expected, the envy of many friends, both children and adult alike. I have included a picture which I hope sums up exactly how Heidi feels about her new bed. With products like yours and staff like Barbara I can see why Chartley is in a league of its own. I attach a picture for the artist to see how lovely the bed looks in it's surroundings... The animals on the bed are wonderful, and the colours are lovely and vibrant. I was a little surprised that Leia's name didn't appear on the headboard, as had been agreed, but I'm sure that's not going to matter to a 2-year-old, and I am really pleased with the look of the bed. Lesley, We are very pleased with the wardrobes and the artwork is amazing, Chartley comes up trumps again. Audrey Hepburn is fantastic and Grace wouldn't come out of her room this morning as she wanted breakfast with Princess Lillifee!!! (Grace bears more than a passing resemblance to Princess Lillifee, and thinks you painted herself on the wardrobes, not Princess Lillifee.) I asked yesterday if you could do a picture of the Audrey Hepburn figure for our eldest daughter, (the wellbeing bedroom) and was told it may be possible. I was wondering if you could make a memory board with her on. It's the latest thing that my daughter and her friends want in their rooms, it has a solid outside, and either cork or felt on the internal section so that they can pin photos, invitations and notices/reminders. I don't like the ones in the shops as they're not very nice, but if it was possible to have one with the Chartley artwork, it would be great. Is this something you could make, and about how much would it cost with Audrey Hepburn artwork. If you can do it we'd look to buy 2 or 3. I thought what if it's totally over the top and I hate it. But when it arrived today, I could have cried, it's absolutely beautiful!! I was nervous about the artwork but your probing really paid off, and we got just what we wanted (oh except you said the fairies would all have long hair, and most of them have short!). The furniture is beautifully made, the workmanship is excellent. Then onto delivery and installation. The two men put sheets down in the hall, took their shoes off and on each time they went outside and vacuumed up after themselves, and were generally very polite and considerate.
