To Lesley, Fernando and all at Chartley,
We just wanted to write a short note to say a huge thank you for Heidi's gorgeous princess bed. As you well know, it took me a very long time deciding exactly what I wanted but nevertheless, throughout the entire process, I received nothing less than perfect professional service...... and WOW, what an amazing end result!!
In particular, Barbara's friendliness and helpfulness (not to mention patience) were incomparable to anything I have recieved in any other store and she truly is a credit to Chartley. We visit Polhill on a regular basis, and each time are always greeted with a wonderful warm welcome. She also has a fantastic attitude when dealing with children and both my girls now ask to go and see Barbara whenever we visit!!
 The bed itself is gorgeous and Andrew's artwork is beyond what I expected - the detailing is so precise, it really is a 'piece of art'. The bed has been up for a few weeks now and is, as expected, the envy of many friends, both children and adult alike. I have included a picture which I hope sums up exactly how Heidi feels about her new bed.
With products like yours and staff like Barbara I can see why Chartley is in a league of its own. Once again a huge thank you to all who made our Chartley experience so wonderful!!

 Dear everyone at Chartley Bedrooms, and dear Artist who painted Leia's bed,
Just a quick note to say thank you for my daughter Leia's new bed which was delivered today... it looks fantastic... the delivery team were friendly and helpful, and the bedroom looks just lovely. I attach a picture for the artist to see how lovely the bed looks in it's surroundings... The animals on the bed are wonderful, and the colours are lovely and vibrant. I was a little surprised that Leia's name didn't appear on the headboard, as had been agreed, but I'm sure that's not going to matter to a 2-year-old, and I am really pleased with the look of the bed. I'm sure Leia will love it.

Your 2 staff, Fernando and Craig, really were so courteous and considerate very early this morning. Please buy them a GPS that works in North Wales!!

We are very pleased with the wardrobes and the artwork is amazing, Chartley comes up trumps again. Audrey Hepburn is fantastic and Grace wouldn't come out of her room this morning as she wanted breakfast with Princess Lillifee!!! (Grace bears more than a passing resemblance to Princess Lillifee, and thinks you painted herself on the wardrobes, not Princess Lillifee.)
I asked yesterday if you could do a picture of the Audrey Hepburn figure for our eldest daughter, (the wellbeing bedroom) and was told it may be possible. I was wondering if you could make a memory board with her on. It's the latest thing that my daughter and her friends want in their rooms, it has a solid outside, and either cork or felt on the internal section so that they can pin photos, invitations and notices/reminders. I don't like the ones in the shops as they're not very nice, but if it was possible to have one with the Chartley artwork, it would be great. Is this something you could make, and about how much would it cost with Audrey Hepburn artwork. If you can do it we'd look to buy 2 or 3.

We just wanted to say Thank You for the wonderful bedrooms that you have created for our children Owen & Megan. Their faces when they entered their rooms were a picture. They asked to go to bed straight away which is a miracle. We are all delighted with the results and thank you again for making two small children very happy.

We just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say how delighted we are with our daughters new Fairy Bed. The artwork is truly beautiful - you have done a really wonderful job. Immy has been sleeping in her new bed since last Saturday and absolutely adores it. We are amazed at how well she has adjusted from cot to bed.
I have passed your details on to a number of friends and would not hesitate in recommending your beautiful furniture. Oh to be 3 years old again!

 Dear Chartley Bedrooms,
I hope you get this as I haven't got an e-mail address. We haven't had the opportunity to thank you for turning our little girls' bedroom into a beautiful fairy magic land. Their Dolls House beds are truly magical and the girls love them to bits. They are so proud of the fairy images on their furniture and can't believe the fairies look like them. You have done a wonderful job and I now have no problems whatsoever putting them to bed. The girls even enjoy laying their beds and 'making it neat for bedtime'. Have I mentioned the beautiful enough to eat Radiator Cover you made for their bedroom or the extra effort on your part in matching the furniture to their room colours. The toyboxes are also a big hit in the playroom. I truly believe you now have lifetime customers in my girls and in fact the whole family. We hope to contact you soon for more furniture for other parts of the house. Thank you Lesley and a big 'Thank You' to your team.

The furniture arrived safe here in Bickenbach and they are sooooooooooooo pretty. We have only put up the bed for the moment, because we must first build or buy a new house for the rest (well not only for the rest), but the bed is so pretty and I am always delighted when I see it and I'm happy that we bought it. Victoria loves her 'England Bed' as she calls it and really enjoys to sleep in it. Thanks for producing such wonderful furniture.

I just wanted to write and thank you for Olivia's bed. We are all so delighted with it, and Olivia just loves it. She's our little princess and looks so snug. We were so thrilled with the artwork and will be back for additions to the bedroom in the new year.

 Oh Lesley,
I've been half dreading Poppy's furniture turning up. I thought what if it's totally over the top and I hate it. But when it arrived today, I could have cried, it's absolutely beautiful!!
Even after a busy day at our new house, and knowing Poppy will wake me up every couple of hours for a feed, I had to quickly sit down and say a big 'THANK YOU' to you. Your understanding of what l wanted was impeccable.
I was nervous about the artwork but your probing really paid off, and we got just what we wanted (oh except you said the fairies would all have long hair, and most of them have short!). The furniture is beautifully made, the workmanship is excellent.
Then onto delivery and installation. The two men put sheets down in the hall, took their shoes off and on each time they went outside and vacuumed up after themselves, and were generally very polite and considerate.
Lesley, in short you should be very proud of yourself and your team, you are an exceptional British company. Please do pass on my sincere thanks to the people who made and painted Poppy's furniture - I only hope Poppy will appreciate it when she grows up as much as we do!!

 Hi Guys,
Just to say a big THANK YOU for my daughter's dressing table... she loved it!!! It was a fab surprise. She spent her birthday sorting out the draws with all her bits!!! We had some peace and quiet for a change!!! You have all been great, especially Lesley who is always more than helpful.
